Benchmark Leadership Summit
I led the design and communication infrastructure for the entire event, creating the visual system used across executive presentations, environmental graphics, digital communications, and event materials. In addition to designing the visual experience, I also helped build the project management system and operational workflows used to coordinate teams and track progress across the event.
The result was a cohesive leadership experience that aligned messaging, design, and execution across dozens of presentations and event assets.

My Role
Design Lead — Executive Communications & Event Systems
I was responsible for designing the visual and presentation framework used across the entire summit, as well as helping establish the operational structure used to coordinate the event.
Key contributions included:
• Designing the BLS 2026 event brand identity
• Designing all executive presentations for the summit, including the CEO keynote and senior leadership sessions
• Creating a scalable presentation design system used across departments
• Designing event signage, banners, pull-up displays, and stage backdrops
• Producing branded event materials including badges, reflection cards, and printed collateral
• Implementing the ClickUp event tracking system used to coordinate teams
• Creating reusable planning templates for future leadership summits
• Supporting executive logistics including attendee tracking, communications, and travel coordination
Environmental & Event Design
The BLS visual identity extended throughout the physical event space.
I designed the environmental graphics used across the venue including:
• Pull-up banners and branded displays
• Stage backdrops and presentation screens
• Welcome signage and directional materials
• Leadership reflection cards and printed materials
For example, pull-up banners highlighted Benchmark’s core values and markets served across industries such as aerospace, medical technologies, and advanced computing.
These environmental graphics reinforced the summit’s messaging and created a cohesive branded environment for attendees.

Event Brand System
The visual language for BLS 2026 was designed to reflect global connectivity, technological innovation, and leadership momentum.
Key design elements included:
• Network-inspired digital patterns representing global collaboration
• Benchmark’s signature blue gradients to reinforce brand recognition
• Modular geometric framing elements for consistent layouts
• Scalable templates that could be reused across multiple asset types
This design system allowed the summit branding to remain consistent across presentations, signage, digital communications, and printed materials.
Operational Systems & Project Infrastructure
Beyond visual design, I helped build the operational framework used to coordinate the event.
I implemented a centralized ClickUp project management system that allowed teams across departments to track progress and manage tasks related to the summit.
This included:
• Creating structured task boards for event planning
• Designing workflow templates for different teams
• Establishing project tracking across marketing, leadership, and operations
• Building reusable planning templates for future leadership summits
The system improved visibility into project timelines and created a repeatable process that can support future BLS events.
Outcome
The BLS 2026 design and operational systems enabled the successful execution of a complex executive event involving multiple departments, dozens of presentations, and a wide range of event assets.
The final experience included:
• A unified visual identity across all summit materials
• Dozens of executive presentations designed within a consistent framework
• Coordinated communication and logistics for leadership attendees
• A scalable event planning system that can be reused for future summits
